The Description

Premium quality primer and insulating paint made from modified acrylic resin, which is resistant to alkali effect and improves Impregnation and adhesion, available in transparent or colored form

Cure Time: Dry to the touch within 4 hours.
Coverage: Dependent upon porosity of substrate. Approximately 150-300 sq. ft./gallon/coat. SOLIDS BY WEIGHT: 25% (+/- 2%)
SOLIDS BY VOLUME: 21% (+/-2%)
VOLATILE ORGANIC CONTENT: VOC less than 84 g/l
COLORS AVAILABLE: Available in a clear only
RECOMMENDED FILM THICKNESS: 3-4 mils wet (0.5-1.0 mils dry

Surface Instructions

  • The concrete surfaces should be completely dry and free from dirt and grime.
  • The concrete and gypsum board surfaces must be dry and free from dirt
  • Gypsum boards and after using adhesive tape and putty they should be free from dirt
  • The surface must be free of defective or poorly adhered paint layers
  •  The paint areas with poor adhesion should be sanded
  • Old paint layers should be washed with ammonia solution with water 3% concentration 
  • The layers of gloss paint should be sanded.
-Base layer used under LIFE water-based finishing paints .transparent: one layer with a thickness of 15-20 microns .Color: single layer, 20-30 microns thick
  • Brush, roll or pistol avoid base layer thickness
  • Used diluent – fresh water
  • Reduced rate – 5-10%
  • Dilution Volume – 5-10%
